CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value the time set aside for your appointment and the care that goes into preparing for each visit. If you need to adjust your booking, I kindly ask for at least 24 hour’s notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 30% fee of the scheduled service total. Appointments that are missed without communication/notice will also be subject to a 30% fee of your scheduled service total. This policy allows me to provide each guest with the attention and consistency they deserve. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment time.
